PERUVIAN HAM (Part 2) My new amigo Renzo told me off today for not saying wether or not I liked his ‘Jamon del Pais’ on the blog. So, here is the finished article, and it was delicious! Thinly sliced, a squeeze of lime, a sprinkle of salt and a scattering of freshly chopped coriander…Muy sabroso! I now have a strong desire to go and eat my way around Peru!
