WHY GASCONY IS GREEN
Because it rains a lot, that’s why. Marvellous for the farmers and agriculteurs of my favourite part of France, but for a photographer who has spent the last two months in England, stoically enduring the wettest summer in living memory, not so blooming marvellous! Never mind…it’s still rather beautiful, and great to be here.
And there are rumours in the neighbourhood about a big yellow thing that may appear in the sky tomorrow…
