AUTUMN IN THE BALKANS
It’s beautiful here at the moment. Autumn has taken hold and the smell of peppers on the barbecue waiting to be bottled for the winter is wafting into my house from our neighbours garden.
We seem to have spent the entire time removing six months worth of spiders webs from the house, but the hot days and warm evenings make it all worthwhile.
These are a few of the fruits of our local market and our trees.
